Excellent show.
It is a very difficult instrument to master. This lady has and makes it look easy.

Not sure what kind of butterfly this is.

Help!
Well, I'll take an educated guess. It appears to be a white variation of the California White Dogface butterfly.
It is difficult to tell from the odd angle of view. Most have some degree of yellow.
This one appears to be somewhat weathered.
Hopefully one of other Lepidopterists will join in for help.

Talk about a tempest in a teapot! Did you know that the Kingsmen's song "Louie, Louie" caused a major controversy when it became popular? They FBI spent over two years and countless hours investigating the song. Parents rose up in protest over this "filthy, obscene" song. Some radio stations refused to play it.

The lyrics -

The F-word was in response to someone missing a chord, but it wasn't removed.

[Intro chords]

Louie Louie, oh no, you take me where ya gotta go
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, baby
Louie Louie, oh baby, take me where ya gotta go

A fine little girl, she waits for me
Me catch the ship across the sea
Me sailed that ship all alone
Me never think I'll make it home

Louie Louie, oh no no no, we gotta go
Oh no
Said Louie Louie, oh baby, me gotta go

F...!

Three nights and days I sailed the sea
Me think of girl constantly
On that ship, I dream she there
I smell the rose in her hair

Louie Louie, oh no, me gotta go
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, baby
Louie Louie, oh baby, said we gotta go
Okay, let's give it to 'em right now

Me see

Me see Jamaica, the moon above
It won't be long me see me love
Me take her in my arms and then
I tell her I'll never leave again

Louie Louie, oh no, we gotta go
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, baby
Louie Louie, oh baby, said we gotta go
I said we gotta go now
Let's hustle on out of here
Let's go

Whether it is a gopher or mole, there is a commercial trap that is fast, easy to use. and is almost 100% effective.

This one really works. It takes a little patient to find the right spot but then it is a done deal.
You want to initially get the starter kit with one trap and the probe. You can get additional traps if needed.
If you have any questions about this trap, call them, they are happy to help.

Nice shots.

First one is most probably a Variegated Fritillary.
The other two are definitely Monarchs.

The beautiful Blue Banded Bee. An Australian Native and also a solitary species, they live alone in holes in walls, fences and the ground. They are helpful little guys (about 2/3rds the size of a European Honey Bee) and are responsible for pollinating a large amount of Australia's crops and fruit.
I think this one is a Male, males have 5 stripes and females 4.
Outstanding shot.

Just recently caught a rerun from the PBS "Nature" Series that I am sure many of you will enjoy.
Here is one link to it. If this one does not work for you, hopefully you can track down another.
