I'd take the 24-105, if you like shooting the interior of the old Church's you'll need a short fast lens. I lived in Spain 4 years while racing MX. Where in Spain are you going?

Is this not a photographic blog. A photograph by definition is produced by the action of light on a light-sensitive material. Therefore using AI to create a new image is nothing to do with photography and should have no place on UHH.
Using AI to clean up a grainy image originally produced by the action of light on a light-sensitive material is not so clear cut.

For the Nikon owners who may be interested, they're having a four-day Refurbished sale from today through Monday. I snagged a deal on the lens I wanted not long ago from Amazon, a 24-200 for $720. Lo and behold, Nikon has the refurb for $635 including tax. Sometimes it pays to wait. 😣

And sometimes not.

Great Idea, I lost a lung in NAM and both feet are numb, can't walk over 30 yards. I made a box
with foam rubber strapped to the front of a ATV to carry lens and camera. I live out in the sticks.

Agreed! Even though my background is technically oriented, I think photography is more emotional. More emphasis should be directed towards composition not focal lengths, sensor size, yada yada blah blah.

I once read an article about one of the more famous photographers of the world when interviewed, he stated that he knew very little about the technical aspects of his equipment, settings etc. but just made the images look like what he saw in his mind.

I carry a Model 1911 .45 ACP! Don't know if that would be considered unusual??

I prefer a 10mm with a 15 round mag.

a good antenna gives you the best local channels. Better than any cable service.

One solution is Spectrum for internet (unless you can get Google), a Roku streaming device and UTube TV. That will cut your bill in half and give you all the channels you want plus local channels plus many more. The initial cost for the Roku device is in the $40 range including the remote. You can add as many TVs as you like (on simultaneously) you just need a Roku device for each. UTube TV also provides unlimited storage of recorded programs.

Spectrum’s constant price increases are absurd - I went to the system described above many years ago, and I’m so glad I did - I only wish I could drop Spectrum completely, but at the moment, Google Fibre hasn’t made it to my block.

How did you get local channels?
