Yep, I've been there. Lived in Osceola 2 years, 3 months and 14 days back in the early 60's.
After 80 years, I thought I had seen a lot. But, today I saw a panhandler with a sign wanting help. Not unusual. Regularly see them on this corner. However, he had a propane heater with a large propane bottle to keep him warm. Wonder how much help he really needs.
It is. He bought it new and has driven every mile.
Picture of my neighbors truck. It's a 1993 model with 1,960,000 miles on it. As you can see, he keeps it spotless.
With your permission, I would like to use the 3rd picture of the sunset for our opening slide at our church services. It's beautiful.
Ah, I just couldn't live like that. Great pictures thought.
I've had the same problem. Caught two of the little rascals in my live trap. Transported them several miles away and turned them loose on a creek bank. Haven't seen them since.
Thanks for the memories. Visited there several times when my wife's uncle was the caretaker of the adjoining property. Good to know it is still taken care of.
Interesting. One of my hobbies in the early 60's was hand tinting with pencils. Think I still have some.
I'll bet you didn't know.....that my bride and I were married on this date 59 years ago.
You can also go to spotthestation.nasa.gov and sign up for alerts. They will send you an email the day before giving you the time and location for viewing.
I have a Saunders/LPL 670DXL Dichroic for sale. I am selling it for a friend who had to sell everything and move to retirement complex. I have seen the work that he did with it and they were excellent, both b&w and color.
The film holders are: 35mm slide, 35mm strip film & 2.25 x 2.75.
The picture is a 35mm slide enlarged to about 5.5x8 inches.
Could find no serial number on the enlarger. Owners manual long gone.
I have not looked into packing and shipping, but it appears that it would be at least 3 cartons with a combined
weight of approximately 30 lbs.
Asking $250.00 plus shipping. PayPal payment only.
Forgive, please the noisy background of the pictures. Taken in my shop with no good background available.
If you have any questions or desire a picture of anything that I have not included, let me know.
Thanks
