Love medium format.. Have an old Yashika A and a Semi Pearl that I am using.

Both do a great job.. The prints are amazing both color and B & W
That's why I don't own a DSLR. I'll just stick with my old film stuff and be happy. I can buy a lot of film for what a new DSLR cozts every three or four years.
Thank you for the map.. I'll be using it in late June early July
My wife and I are going to be in Yellowstone in late june, early July. It's out 25th wedding anniversary and our second honeymoon. Hope to run into you there.... I'll be looking.
I agree with the No attendance = no revenue. I won't go anywhere that I'm not comfortable either. If there's aproblem with the way I'm dressed.. It's yours,,, The PC folks are getting way out of hand too..
Where did you get the film is fun shirt?? I am still shooting film only. I have way to many film cameras and lenses here. I enjoy using all of them. The developing cost is not really that much. I live in a small town so I know the photo lady at Walgreens here and she does a good job on my stuff.
try here.. http://www.rangefinderforum.com/modules.php?name=Jig
I have one too.. Love it.. here's some old film manuals. http://www.butkus.org/chinon/
For what it's worth. I still use a CRT monitor. ViewSonic E90f. I use a pantone Huey on it and it does a fine job. Hate to be old fashioned but the CRT's are the best for photo editing IMHO.. Oh and by the way I can pick up one at a thrift store for a dollar...
I live here in Nothern AZ. Kingman. If I were you I would stay away from Grand Canyon west. It's very expensive and really not worth the money. If you do the Grand canyon do the south rim. Go to the GC village and eat at EL Tovar. Also if you're driving from Vegas to the GC you can go down part of RT66. Take RT 66 from Kingman to Seligman then get on 40 to go the rest of te way to Williams which takes you to the GC. WIlliams is nice also.
If you shot with film you wouldn't be in his situation ... Just my 2 cents
Keep using it... I love my Pentax K 1000.. You can still get slide film from Fugi. I have a roll of Vevia 50 here that i am going to shoot soon.
Still using film here too. I have several old filmcameras. Canon Ftb, Ae1, Pentax K100 ( probably my fav. ) And a Yashica A mudium format. Film is still the best IMHO.
