These photos were taken this morning 5yrs plus after the fire. still not much new growth in area, this is just west of Co Springs CO on Rampart Range Rd which starts in Garden of the Gods Park.

I went thru CO National Monument a few weeks ago went before started work at 0800 stop to pay on the way out the Park ranger told to show my ID and $10. Then tells me to sign the card and tells me it's good for life. I was totally in the dark.

Nikon store got a 10% off sale going on refurbished cameras and lenses till 8/21/17 2359edt. Just ordered 200-500 to replace my 80-400d. Just wanted you all to know.

After sitting all weekend being bore I decided to take early morning drive. Followed US24 out of Colorado Springs to Lake George to CO 77 north into Park county taking my time enjoying the views. Went to Jefferson CO then south on US 285 to Como CO(family history there) turn north thru town followed Boreas Pass to Breckenridge then back to CO Springs,

I carry extra batteries I've had BG's on all my cameras and this one was the only failure. When it happened I just put my 80-400d on and figured the lens caused the problem that why I just put the d750 away and got the d500 and the lens worked find on it, so I finished shooting with the d500

Yesterday while out and about above Co Springs setting up to get panorama shoot of Pikes Peak, camera goes DOA with a ERR. Took the batts out set it to side and used my d-500 to take the pictures. When I got back to
house ck'ed batteries one in grip dead, put a charged one in and nothing camera wouldn't turn on, took BG off and the camera came on. So I ordered a new Nikon BG, I rather spend $350 for Nikon than buy another $80 one that might short my $2000 d750 out next time. and to answer the ? for which brand it was a VELLO. This was taken on Mothers Days

Ops hit the wrong key! AGENT ORANGE even my daughter has problems from that stuff. But appeal their decision.
