I'm a PC guy and don't know about MAC's, but would do a copy and paste, then make sure
of the copy before removing from the HD.

Chris seems harmless but I am in awe of his or her curiosity. It seems there is no end to the number of question Chris posts. Just wondering if anyone else noticed.

Years ago, I knew a guy that was always trying to instigate an argument. After being involved in a couple of his/her threads, I felt that
he/she fell into the category of instigator and leave it alone.

There are others that will work, but here's the Nikon site.

You need a program that will read the NEF files. The Nikon web site has one.

Several years back, one of the local weather personalities said that on average
we get snow here every seven years. I haven't kept track, but I think
it's less often than that.

Just wondering how do the users of the Nikon 200-500mm lens like it. I like to take wildlife, have 300mm lens would like to know how you actual users like the lens. Instead of a commercial taunting how great the lens is. thank you, Happy Thanksgiving. God Bless.

I have used this lens on a D7200 and D500, hand held and on a tripod. I like it.
This pic right after I got it with D7200. Heavily cropped. Estimated distance 2.5 to 3 miles. Tripod mounted.

Hi, I have a Pentax k-70 and am looking for a general all purpose lenses. I am considering an 18mm-300mm lenses. I have read varying reviews and wondered what everyone's opinion is on this type of lense. I have heard that they are not so good at the low and high end of the range. Is this your experience as well? Thanks so much in advance for your insight.

I use a Nikkor 18-300 on a D500 as a walk around.
The first is the original converted to jpg, the second after crop and pp. You be the judge.

I have made 12x18 prints from heavily cropped TIFF files. With proper crops, larger should not be a problem.
If you don't need the on board flash, go for it.

There should be an option on the save screen to "save as file type" on some such.
The easiest way to get to another computer is to copy to a flash drive, then copy to
the second system.
I usually print from a TIFF file.

I have been using Canon paper in a MX-882 printer for several years, mostly because it came free
when I ordered ink. A few months back I took advantage of a sale and ordered a Pro-100. I also
ordered the sample pack from Red River Papers. You might want to check on that. I have been
very happy with these papers.

I use the 18-300 on a D500 or D7200. A bit heavy, but I like the extra reach.

Thanks. The Mod Podge is apparently something similar to Elmer's glue. I could try thinning that and see what happens.

They make an epoxy for that. Check with Hobby Lobby, or, some similar craft shop.
