Too many to remember them all but over 50 for sure. I spent 3 months tramping around Europe in the 80's, 3 and a half months island hopping in the South Pacific in the 90's. Those two trips alone covered a lot, but I've also been to nearly every island country in the Caribbean and most of Central America. On top of all that I lived in Saudi Arabia for 4 years and in Thailand for 10 so those got me to several countries in the Middle East and Asia, as well as a side trip to Africa.

I fell in love with travel at an early age and by my late 20's I had covered the lower 48 states. That's when I decided it was time to head overseas for a while. It's been an exiting life.

Yes, but I lived in Jeddah... 5 minutes from the Red Sea which was the perfect start to 20 years of scuba and underwater photography!

Bahrain, Saudia Arabia, Holland, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Germany, Luxemburg, Spain, Hong Kong, total of 10. Of these, 3 were just stops for refueling.

Unfortually, the photos were "misplaced" during packing by wife #1 upon finalization of divorce.

I've been very lucky as worked with airlines for many years so did travel a lot so won't bore you with all the countries I have visited and taken photos. My most memorable place and probably very few of you, if any, have visited, was North Yemen, capital Sana'aa. It's one of the most fascinating place I've been to and was very fortunate to have been several times. As it was in the early 90's, my Nikon wasn't digital. At the moment I'm in the process of scanning all my non-digital photos (long and laborious job)...here's a couple of scanned photos to give you an idea of the architecture. At that time I shot only in Automode so exposure/composition dreadful. Unfortunately Sana'aa is now a war zone and many of the beautiful buildings are rubble - it is a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Lovely, Grace ... thanks for sharing ....

So, is that place now just a ruin?

Or, don't you know?

Yes, there ARE so many places to see, DebAnn ...

Tell me .... is Margarita Island in the Caribbean, too? ... I assume so, since it was listed within ... is it near St. Kitts and Nevis?
