Welcome to Day 183 :) It's a brand new month and the second half of our year long challenge. Today it's all about Birds. Any kind of birds... with or without feathers .. if it has wings .. it counts. With the possible exception of panty liners .. but we won't go there hahaha.
I am posting the list just incase anybody missed it yesterday. Here are a few of the birds I found... I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with.

beautiful peacock jfantasma pg 1, they are so unlucky for me can't have them anywhere near the house
This is the only bird I have. As I said close ups of birds is a challenge for me.
Taken at camp
Sherry...that OWL close up should be on the cover of audobon mag or National geo or somewhere...that is an excellent capture. Im not kidding..you need to research some mags and see who will give you some $$$ for it.
I got this red white and blue bird yesterday
and a couple of blue birds too
Liberty the Bald Eagle
Injured in Colorado and unable to live in the wild Liberty is a resident of our Audubon Society home
B irds, my favourite topic but I am trying to stay away from my archives and find some recent fresh pictures.
I saw a Pileated Woodpecker this morning on a hydro pole as is the one in the included picture, taken at Yard sale about a week ago.
Crows, We have lots of them but I really like this picture of one taking off from the top of our Tamarack Tree.
And a catbird, we always seem to have them hanging around our backyard at this time of year. They are attracted by our wild roses.
As long as it has wings? I know butterflies are not birds but these have been my focus for the past few days, and I love taking butterfly pictures.. First a monarch butterfly, next a couple of white admirals and lastly a tattered tiger swallowtail.
Love those shots. This is one of my favorite subjects.
This is a picture of one of my carvings. It was carved out of tupelo gum wood and painted with oil paint.
This carving won a first place and second place Best of Show at our carving show in Huntsville AL
A bluebird I fledged from my bluebird trail.
I love my bluebirds.
This little bluebird fledged from the nest while I was monitoring my bluebird trail. I call it " My Bad Hair Day".
I am not a fan of bird photography however I did dig into my archives and I found a bird farm

Fred Ann, I know about your passion for birds and nature, and once again you demonstrated it...A pic on a pole, ehhhhhhh? THAT is neat..
Check out the baby if you didn't see it.
