I have a V12 Mercedes S600 in my driveway.
Question is why B&H is selling outdated software?

Why don't you just call them up and ask, I'm sure that they could give you a better answer then anyone here! When you find out why don't you let us all know.
I am certainly glad that so many of you here are so exuberant about B&H's customer service. I had an ongoing issue with them, tried to escalate it to someone who could make a decision so that I too could be a "happy" customer, but was told by a "supervisor" - Ike, I think - that he didn't care if I shopped someplace else. I guess B&H picks and chooses which customers they want to do business with. In fact, my order for an XQD card was cancelled late in the day (hours after the order was acknowledged) and I had to scramble to order elsewhere as I needed a back-up card for a new D500.
Maybe it was just a bad day for B&H, but there have been a very few times in my life that I've experienced such poor customer service.

Very sorry to hear that. I've been shopping there for years with never a problem. I went to the B&H store in NY and spent several hours with just one salesman. I was ready to buy and he ask me where I was from and advised me to go home and order and I wouldn't have to carry it and all would be shipped for free. When I wanted to order a new lens the salesman told me to wait a week and call him back. When I did the lens was $500.00 less. There return policy is great if you ever have to use it. Better luck in the future.

It's rather interesting program that recognizes facial features and then does "plastic surgery" to render portraits that look rather unnatural. If one has the necessary skills, one can do what Portrait Pro does within PS and save the money. Though not done with Portrait Pro, here's an example of what can be done with it. In this case, I used frequency separation, along with a few other actions and filters within CS6.

Uh, yuck, not something I'd want to even do with Ps. The only time I'd even want to change a person (I likes) face would be to take out a temporary pimple or the like, not moles or wrinkles. Restoration and "spotting" is something different. Yes, I've seen Liquefy and Wrap (Tools) used.
call b and h and have someone help you with the issue..they have never in all the years i have dealt with them given me a hard time on anything...being courteous and friendly toward the representative goes a long way..they bend over backwards to help customers. .i have gone into that store for many many years..never ever saw anyone leave unsatisfied with their customer service.they don't need to be deceptive..their business is so large that it doesn't have to be to make sales...

From the information here I cannot ID you or your transaction. Feel free to post the B&H order number or email henryp[at]bhphoto.com so I can look into this.
