so the blocks with this photo what can i do to "cover" them i didnt notice them at first and i really like the idea of this- im really not good at pp so any advice would be great thanks in advance
put something thin rigid under heels an slide blocks back while the thin rigid material holds them up like a wooden ruler or plastic
could put the block in center only under the ruler hidden by the flower
Try using chess pieces for support rather than blocks, particularly the rooks and knights, they work well and are easier to conceal.
And please try to use punctuation in your requests, it helps make them a lot easier to decipher.
W/o post processing, you need to retake this. Instead of using blocks, use a couple of rocks and hide them using the glass/plastic ice.
Short of that couples of ideas:
Get more fake ice and use it to prop the shoes up
Use golf tees glued with double sided tape to the shoe heel, if too short find an alternative. Remember that you will have to fill the empty gaps with more 'ice'.
Another options is to make the toy block more prominent as the would become part of the child activities *(need three to four more block, bury the extra blocks in the fake ice).
Another idea is to move the shoes closer to the edge, use sticks to prop the shoes up, almost the same composition BUT your angle will have to be lower.
SMALL details...
Details to fix
Here you go hun ... I made a separate layer of the shoes and flower .. then copied part of the ice and moved it up to cover the blocks .. merged the layers... then removed all the fibers that Wolf was talking about :)

heck yeah pull them out a lil further an turn them so you get 2 sides of blocks.
Here's a revision. I used a plug-in called "Wire Worm" to do the job. Since I do not use PhotoShop, that was my only choice. Hope it does the job for you.
Goodby Block(s)

I agree with Ana, leave the blocks. I don't fully understand the ice cubes, though.

So, why not giving a tutorial on what you did instead of giving a full finished product? This is the only way to learn.
Thank you everyone. The Glass, ice cubes , whatever you wanna call it was more of a "girly" thing being my neice calls them "her crystals" i was thinking in that sorts and the blocks were just what i had used because that is what i had with me at the time. At the time i didn't notice the blocks so i just didn't know if there was a way i could cover them or take them away or what i could do (without re-shooting). I am very new to all of this ive only had my camera since july. i have photoshop Elements 8 as i have no idea anything about that but i am trying to learn a little at a time.
i see now i have posted this photo in the wrong topic.
Thank you for all of your time in helping me see things differently. and also thank you to Jack and Photogrl you did a wonderful job. -English Wolf as far as edits/ pp ive did nothing so that is why i thought i could come to UHH for some help on what to do :)

Wolf in the future do you want me to go into more detail than what I did ?
