Agej, We all got caught up in helping in answer to your question we forgot to mention how attractive and clever you composition is. I, for one, think you did a great job creating this still life. The subject is simple composed of few elements: flower, shoes, crystals with the rock and bush just as background. You brought attention to the subject:shoes and flower by ensuring a dark background not to compete with them. To me it also has a whimsical feel which is what I think was the feeling you were trying to capture. You will often read or hear that before you shoot you should THINK about what the feeling your are trying to portray. Try to keep doing exactly what you have done here. You have a good eye and I know all will agree that this is an especially good photo for only having your camera for less than a year!
