The family separation without any planning for reunification is a stain on the USA left by Trump right up there along with insurrection and treason. It is not a secret that the GOP protects the wealthy and their interests.

Free stuff? The people from the southern border contribute more to our economy than they take out. Sure there are a few bad apples, but let’s just get rid of those.

The majority are hard-working and underpaid. They’re not taking any jobs away. If you are willing to pick cabbage at the pay they’re getting I am sure you will be hired.
And if you think that hiring Americans instead and paying them a fair wage is a solution it would send the price of fruit and vegetables sky high, out of reach for many of our population.

I guess you missed where the Dems want a $15.00 minimum wage. What will that do to your vegetables?

What makes it irrelevant? It's the message that matters.

First, my apologies, it should have read "is", not "isn't". Second I wasn't expressing my opinion. I was quoting Stephen Miller, trumps immigration guru, also known as the Jewish Nazi.

It is called a Democracy. For the last four years, the Senate and executive branch was under control of the Republicans, now as often happens in democracies, and previously in this country; the tide has turned through an election. Doesn't mean the end of the world, it means Democracy is in effect--much the same way it was designed and has been working since the country began. Democratic process of election often results in a change of power--often a good thing.

A sure sign of ignorance is saying that this country is a Democracy. Even some members of Congress
believe it is a Democracy! Pitiful!

?????? Explain please.
Every office in America except the presidency is elected via a democratic process.
Every law in the government is passed in congress via a democratic process.

It's the familiar and oft-repeated alt-right rejoinder of, "we not democracy...we republic!"

Completely missing the fact that our constitutional republic is one of the forms of democracy.

Illegal immigration is not a new problem created by democrats. It has been a problem for decades. For instance, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 was signed into law by Ronald Reagan and allowed illegal immigrants who entered the U.S. before 1982 to be legalized.

President George W. Bush called for a major overhaul of America’s immigration system to grant legal status to millions of undocumented workers in the United States, saying the current program was not working.

I give trump credit for addressing the problem but some of his methods were horrible. Good strategy, bad tactics.

Yes, Reagan signed that bill with the understanding that Congress would subsequently address border security and immigration reform. Of course they did neither.

Prove you comments about insurrection and treason. Let me see it in black and white with proof. It is easy to accuse someone of doing something fabricating as they go along. hmm Now I sound like Ilhan Omar.

From your own article. "Payroll tax, the 12 percent tax taken out of salaried workers’ paychecks, split between employer and employee, primarily funds Social Security, accounting for 88 percent of the payouts in 2017. Undocumented workers typically use a fake SSN or someone else’s SSN when applying for salaried jobs. Only a handful of U.S. states require employers to check an employee’s eligibility and their SSN through E-Verify, a Department of Homeland Security database. Other states have varying levels of E-Verify requirements, from partial to none."

That means that not only did they enter the country illegally, they also used identity fraud.

And from your second article "The best estimates come from research by the Institute of Taxation and Economic Policy, a left-leaning Washington, DC, think tank, which suggests that about half of undocumented workers in the United States file income tax returns."

So, according to your own data no more than half of undocumented workers are filing federal taxes and the ones paying social security are engaging in fraud. That means that half of illegals are a drain on society. And, that's from your data, which comes from an admittedly left leaning group.

Basically you have proven my point. Millions of illegals are not paying federal taxes and are using government services.

Sure, just ignore the Sessions and Rosenstein’s confessions which relates to the OP topic.
