Using the URL below find the ICC profile for the Costco store and printer you plan to use. If you aren't sure which printer will be used ask the store which is used for which size prints. Also consider the paper you want to use when selecting which profile to use. You will need to see how to include\embed the profile into the JPG file in PSE, usually easy to do.

The Drycreekphoto web site has good instructions on what profiles are and how to use them.

Definitely check the box to not color correct. Especially if you ate using a calibrated monitor.

I use the Sam's Club web page and it almost trivial. No problem uploading very large .jpg or .tiff and I get an email response when they come off the printer. Cheap and fast. That said, the choices of paper are very limited and just ok quality. I use a real print shop for paying customers.

Like others have said, talk to the folks at Costco about the profile and how to install it. Or just google > How to install Costco's Color Profile into Adobe Photoshop Elements. Also, ask Costco what Color space they require you to use for their printing. It's Probably sRGB. If that's the case, then the image file needs to be in that color space. So, after finishing your edit and you think you are ready to print, you would need to do what's called. Proof colors. The computer will show you pretty close what your image will look like if printed using, in this case, Costco's Printer Profile. It's not exact, but it's close. Things to remember, the computer monitor you are using to edit and view your image on should be color calibrated to ensure accurate colors. I don't do much printing anymore but back when my wife and I were competing in our Photo club's monthly print competition we used Costco for 11x14 prints. Funny story. In the club, every month we would have a guest speaker/professional speaking on specific topics. One month, a local Professional Photographer that owned her own local gallery business was the judge for our print competition. The speaker was going on and on about why you should send your best images to a professional lab for editing and development. My wife received a 1st place finish on one of her prints. The speaker/also the judge in the contest, was critiquing my wife's image. She was going on and on about the excellent color etc. She asked whose print it was and what pro lab was used for printing. My wife was very excited, she raised her hand and said proudly, " Costco's for less than 3 dollars! It was an awkward moment for the speaker. LOL. Good luck with your prints. You can do it on the Internet and then go pick them up or have them deliver. No need to take them to the store on a drive. The website will tell you if the resolution is too low for the size you want. You can choose between “as is” or their (computer’s) judgement of what will look best

I also use Costco to deliver prints to distant friends.

Just find their local store and print them there...

I use Costco for all of my printing and I am pleased with their work. I keep “color correction” off in my profile because it changes some of my prints drastically. I do brighten each image a bit before sending to avoid darker prints.

I only use Costco and I do a lot of professional work. I submit my images online and they're always true to what U submit.

I have used Costco occasionally for larger prints, printing myself for up to 13X19. I have had only one problem and that was a print that came back badly overexposed. I called their customer service, which is excellent, and they said this had occurred because I had processed/edited the photo and then also selected their correction, or at least that's how I understood it. Even though it was my fault they redid the print, which was 20x30, for free and it was excellent. I haven't used a profile. I use their website for ordering since I live quite a distance from the nearest store and it works very well. As others have said, the price is a bargain for such good results. Just my experience, FWIW.

The only problem with Costco is that they closed every photo center in the stores in most of the southern U.S. They claimed they were not making enough money per square foot .
