Was pretty enjoyable except for the heat and humidity. Been to a couple back when I lived in Louisiana, first time in Florida. Louisiana had the better festival in my opinion.

Hello Don, if you enjoy Ren Fests, you might want to drive to Florida Renaissance Festival. Taking place 2/3/24 - 3/24/24, on weekends in Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach. The weather should be more comfortable.

We used to have a Disney timeshare, and tried to avoid Disney World in the "summer".
Alternatively, it always amused us, as Coloradans, that Floridians would break out the winter wear if the temp dropped below 60 degrees.
We've been in our current home for 17 years and it still cracks me up when there is snow on the ground and people are going into Walmart in shorts and a t-shirt. It's all relative I suppose.

Don't know Mel, it was hot, 88 degrees with 72% humidity. Some were all dressed in black. That is the purpose of the festival I guess, appreciate a by gone era. Will be posting more soon and you can see what I mean. Very much appreciate your comment after viewing your fine images.
