For info: Rule of third is crap in composition, especially on a square format, in case no one had noticed that. The composition of any picture depends of the subject first then of the format. Ever seen the rule of third in fireworks, object in motion or panoramas by example? I think not. The key to every composition is to know HOW to attract the eye toward the main subject of the photo. In each case this was done except picture #1.

#1 The 'puffer' is a bit too tight, I am not sure if you try to show the spores or the whole thing (good timing thought).
#2 The tree shot would have worked better had you used your feet to walk a few yards to do away with the ugly metal gate and brownish mess on the right.
#3 The rose is ok, not my cup of tea but ok... Seems over sharpened thought.

Other than that there is nothing to say.
