I was 4 years old (1950) and flew by myself (with two stewardesses and my Teddy Bear) from SF to DC on a TWA Constellation.
Mine was to DC in a DC3. That Lockheed Connie is one of the greatest planes ever. A little trivia. The 3 rudder tail was necessary because every hangar wasn;t tall enough to handle a single rudder that would have been to tall

1st - Boston to Philly, Allegheny AirLines prop, in a blizzard. Just a tad nervous (aka scared shitless). Lady seatmate gave me her drink; then just plain scared 🙏🏻.
Most memorable - NAS Cubi Point to USS Kitty Hawk somewhere in the Tonkin Gulf. Carrier landing is one helluva experience. Never had the thrill of being shot off.
I am also a boot camp traveler - first ride in a Piedmont little plane

Lear jet which belonged to USCG headquarters. I was in Groton Conn. for radio school and my mother had a USCG Captain in her office who knew that the Commandant was going up to the New London CG Academy for the weekend. He arranged for me to fly back on Friday afternoon after they delivered the Commandant. When the Commandant got off he called me by my name and told me not to drink too much but the bar was stocked. We both laughed and when I got on I was asked what kind of drink I wanted and told him Scotch and Soda. The Sunday flight wasn't as good, I could only have a Coke.
