Can you point to a single study that proves that those , commonly worn masks actually do anything to prevent ANY disease? In order for a government to give citizens orders there should be requirements that they prove that those orders do something. Those blue masks are worse than nothing

The surgical masks DON'T NEED TO prevent virus size particles from passing through them. COVID-19 is not an airborne virus; it is transmitted by aerosol (that is, it is transmitted by respiratory particles which are orders of magnitude bigger than the virus itself). Masks may stop droplets that have the virus initially, but you seem to forget that those droplets evaporate quickly when you breath air through them and exhale. then those little viruses are free to roam through those little holes in the masks because the water droplets are no longer hosting the virus and holding them back. Go back to kindergarten.

Those little blue masks you're talking about are not surgical masks. They're treatment masks. Surgical masks tie in the back which seal them off better. At least in the surgery where my wife worked, they were not allowed to wear the blue masks that clipped on behind the ear.
