I would by locally if I could. Somebody here told me about a camera store in Delaware about 50 miles from me. I checked them out and any of the high end Nikon stuff was special order, 7-10 days. One day from B&H, 1-2 from Amazon. No brainer for me.

I've never had to contact a store with a question about a product. Through the internet we all have access to the same information they do.

Nice that the OP doesn't see fit to inform those who took the trouble to reply to his query....must be busy.

He will once he gets back to the store with the camera and finds out what the outcome will be. He is hesitant to take any action on his own. I sent him a PM this morning and he replied right away.
