So I guess I really didn't see him actually say that we pay 80%? He NEVER said anything about indirect spending when I saw him. Oh excuse me 25% vs 22%. I was estimating. But I KNOW what I heard him say. You obviously did not.

It's not a big deal to me. Just pointing out that you are/were mistaken by calling his statements about funding a lie. It's bad enough that we can't get accurate, factual information these days.
