WACOM has a mouse that works on the tablet. I use mine because I can't do Right-Click easily with the pen and the mouse is more familiar for working with Windows.

I bought my Wacom tablet because it's easier to "cut out" images with the stylus rather than a mouse. Haven't tried drawing with it.
