Anela k, I hope this is going to be an "only child". And no, she doesn't brighten every minute of my day. She insists that everyone is up with her at 5:00am, otherwise she is a really an adorable cat.
Thank you for your insight and wonderful comments.

Girls are a bit on the pushy side.... that's why all mine were males with one little drama queen, Lola!!

Hi OutBack,
WOW!! I don't even know how to respond to your "over the top" kind comments. I never intended to have another cat, but sometimes it's just the way it turns out; probably for the best. It's a nice addition to our home, cat hair and all.
Thanks again.

Hi cjkorb,
I've had cats before, and each one was a stray that adopted us. Fortunately this was spay, somehow became homeless for about a year. When it is a little more adjusted, I will take it to the vet for a complete check up and also scan it for a chip. I'm not sure I want to know, but will cross that bridge later.
Thank you for shearing your story.

Hi WayneT,
Thank you for checking in. Condolences may be more appropriate than congratulations. Time will tell.
Thanks again.

Hi Irvingite Charles,
I think you nailed it. The "no name" cat differently took over, however has allowed my wife and I to stay on.

Angela k, you are 100% correct. Girls are differently more pushy; wife, kids and cats. They allow me to live in the house.

Glad it won't have to survive another cold winter in the cold.

Excellent series and nice looking kitty.
Looks like you have a wonderful furry friend. And a beautiful one too. Enjoy. Great pictures.

The last time we adopted a cat who wandered in, we named Jack London thinking that he one day would wander away to his next adventure. He was a total gentleman and was completely loved by the whole family. He never wandered again and stayed for 21 years.
