It's nice as it is. Personally, I'd take some of the "stuff" out of the water--not all--and move the duck a little to the left, but that's just me. Good job here.

I did not move the bird because I want to preserve the wake behind him.

It's nice, but the subject is too centered for my liking. If the subject were framed just a bit to the left, so the duck is swimming towards the center of the photo, that would visually be more attractive. Coupled with that, if the duck were moved just slightly towards the bottom of the image, again for composition purposes, that would also improve the photo.

I left the bird higher in the photo to preserve the reflection and as stated I left the bird forward to preserve the wake. But I do see your point. The original image maybe could have been better composed.

I understand that--I didn't mean to move him in the photo; I meant to recompose photo before you took it. That way, the wake would still be behind him.
