Picasa to Google photo, not impressed!

Search Picasa and you'll find some downloads available. I downloaded it... works fine... no viruses or spyware attached,

Not happy with Picasa at all. Minor corrections that are not great. Is I-Photo Plus 4 still available? I had it on my old computer and I could airbrush as well as a host of other fixes.
