Obviously their banishment spell needed a little work, because here he was, bigger than life (okay, maybe a little smaller--he was, after all, ensconced in a leaf), and again insisting the Martian should invade Russia.
Hah, as if! His invasion of Rhode Island a couple of years ago was a fiasco (yes, yes, I know he won, but he had to give it back, didn't he?) Not likely he'd take on Russia.
