Our first view taken through the hotel window on the 9th floor with a view of Mass. General Hospital. We arrived in the dark 5 hours behind UK time and were wide awake at the crack of dawn!

Nice shot. Hope you don't have to visit Mass General, but if you do, its a great hospital.
If you have the time and are so inclined, the freedom Trail in Boston is a nice walk. Gives you a good historical perspective and lots of opportunities for camera usage. http://www.thefreedomtrail.org/
