Is the Shire in there somewhere? Looks like something from The Hobbit! This is a truly gorgeous photo. The way you captured the sunlight filtering through the morning fog is amazing.

I guess you must have a lot of colorful birds?

Mostly Blue Tits, Great Tits, Long Tailed Tits, Chaffinches, Black Birds, Thrushes, Sparrows, Starlings and Wood Pigeons. The last two really are a pain but since fitting the mesh the pigeons aren't really a problem. They still get to feed on another table. The Starlings arrive in a flock of about twelve and are quite agressive towards the others, which wait for them to leave and then fly to the feeders.

Same here. The pigeons and starlings are in great numbers. They feed mainly on the horse feed that is dropped in the pastures. This is a great place for those birds. All the feed they want, all kinds of material to build nests (hay), lots of trees, a huge barn, plenty of water, no predators, and humans they can harass by being a nuisance. And, when they really want to be bad, they leave poop on everything! I am outnumbered! Ha!

One never knows what is in my Forrest! The Shire, and more, could very well be back there. I may be missing out on a lot!

The sunlight does this often when we have high humidity in the mornings. I just have to be out there, camera in hand, with a charged battery! I am more of a "fly by the pants kind of gal" and always not that organized..! Thanks for viewing and the comment! You have given me some ideas for future composites!

Another photo taken yesterday, at the same time, but with a little swing to the Left.. It is not as dramatic, but somewhat worthy. I have several of these shots. I am surprised I got as many as I did. Around here, once the strong sun hits, this kind of fog dissipates quickly. Thanks for looking.
