Here is a link to their Photocenter(online). http://www.costcophotocenter.com/Help.aspx#/topic/product-pricing-shipping-costs/ If you register, you can order online and pickup at Costco.

I just got back from vacation and have a hundred plus images that my wife wants 4x6 prints made for scrap-booking. We usually get them done at Walmart and they are acceptable for her purpose, but we have a new Costco and was wondering what their quantity 4x6 prices are. Can someone help me, and thanks.

Thanks to all. Can I take in a cd or flashdrive? Seems like upload time would take forever.

Not a lot faster at the Kiosk. You can upload at home, do the dishes or mow the lawn rather than park the store stool. Or if you feel the need to edit do it with stronger software at home. I know Sam's sends me a note when they come off the printer so I never have to guess, "are they done" and not have to kill time at the store. Some may promise 1 hour or some such time but much depends on their work load or if the person from prints gets sent to stock a shelf.

I have some Costco coupons good for 100 free 4x6 prints, which sometimes come packaged with other products. I'm pleased with the quality of their 4x6 prints. I've had mixed results with their poster-sized prints. Printer profiles and instructions for many Costco printers are at: https://www.drycreekphoto.com/icc/ . Since Costco uses different printers for different sized prints, you'd have to check with each store to see which profile to apply to your picture files. I've been please with their results without printer profiles. For "serious" enlargements, I use a "real" printing company (e.g. Bay Photo).

Yes. Or the card from your camera. Don't think they take the compact cards, though. And they accept jpg and tiff.

Price may be on their site somewhere, but they don't make them easy to find.

EDIT: While I was on the site, pop-ups kept offering different services. When "Prints" popped up, I clicked on it. A 4 x 6 prints costs $0.17.

OK Kids, here you go. ...

A couple of pros told me recently that Costco printing is as good as or better than any home printing we may wish to do. It is generally cheaper, too.

I have for years been using York and/or Clark photo services.
They guarantee their 4X6 prints for a 100 years. They have lasted better than 20 years in my albums. I'll just have to stick around for the next 80.
I work up my prints with dates and subject on each and then hold them until a sale comes along, usually after a holiday period.
I have had prints made for $0.03/each.
Works for me.

You can even just bring in the card from your camera.

From my own personal experience, Costco's quality is very good and they will redo at no cost any prints that you are not satisfied with, no questions asked. I have used them for years. Prices are competitive, but you can do better pricewise with special offers from Shutterfly, whose quality is excellent -- check them out before you get that many prints made -- as well as other major online printers like Snapfish. Again, if I have ever had any prints I am not happy with, all of the reputable online printers will redo them at no cost. Overall, however, Shutterfly would be my 1st choice.

If you have a Walgreen's close by, they're running two specials on 4x6 prints. Thru June 30th, 9 cent prints on any amount as far as I can tell. The second deal, 10 cent prints on 100 or more thru June 29. They usually run these specials around holidays. Quality is good.

Went from Walgreens to Walmart to Costco. No plans to change. You can opt for some color correction or request to print "as is". You can email them in and have prints mailed to you. They do a good job IMO.

I hope this hasn't already been said, but I found out that while placing an order with your computer is a great option, Costco's system would not accept print requests over 5 MPs. My advice, to get higher resolution go to a Costco store with your flash drive and you will reproduce, I believe, the resolution you provide. Thanks, Dave

If you downsize your files to what is required for 4 x 6 prints, say 1 Mb or even less, and have a reasonably fast Internet connection, uploading even hundreds of files would be reasonable. If you have them all in one Costco Photo album, requesting that all be printed is just a couple of clicks. But yes you can also bring them in on a CD or DVD.
