Unlike some that you'll run into on UHH, I don't try to spend other people's money. I will answer questions to the best of my ability, but won't tell people that they are dumb for making one choice or another, just because it isn't what I do.

As for the internet usage going up, you wouldn't notice it at all, other than the initial download. The only thing adobe does is send out a little code to your computer saying that you are paid up. You don't need to do the cloud storage. Actually, the cloud storage is extra. (I think you get a piddly amount for free, but I don't mess with it) I have a post in the wedding section about how Amazon Cloud would have ruined me, if I didn't keep extra hard drives for back up as well. I use it, because I have prime, but I'm not a huge fan, and after my experience cloud storage is my LEAST favorite back up method.

Now, you can make your own choice of CC or not. If you have enough data left to download it, I would suggest the free month trial, before you make any decision at all. Just make sure it is a month where you have time to watch a lot of Youtube videos on how to use photoshop. Once you use it, and understand it, then you and only you can decide if it is right for you. :thumbup:
