Free speech is established in cases where the speech is often offensive.

There is also an interesting pile of hypocrisy on college campuses and elsewhere. Offensive speech is ignored by the bureaucrats when it comes from favored minority groups. But if it comes from white males the bureaucrats jump on it with jackboots.

My feelings on the issue.
They should have left it alone.
Let public opinion and the student body handle it.
I have issues though as far as privacy. If it was on a chartered bus,
to me that's private. If it was a train then they are really dumb a$$es.
But I think peer pressure alone may have made them leave.

"Hey aren't you that a$$hole in the video".
Being booted from the fraternity.......
There should be some things that should be allowed to run its course.

If you normally do things like that for people of various persuasions then I understand. If you are doing (or are willing to) for these racists that you wouldn't normally do then you should be ashamed of yourself.

I think whether or not it's legal probably depends on what rules the school has in effect that the students have accepted by enrolling. Based on your record here I really question your motivation in posting this. I'm not questioning your right to do so I'm just questioning your motivation. I have never seen you post anything about minorities being mistreated by whites. Of course you may not be aware of this ever happening but that really stretches credulity.

I followed the link. I don't see any difference from his typical posts. I still see a very racist agenda. I don't recall him using words like checkmate and Davidheald do. He's more subtle than that (barely). You could look at any one of his posts and not see an agenda. I don't think you can look at several of them, like any 5 or 10 of your choice, and not see an agenda.

I would say for lack of better words;
(not trying to be insulting) comes off more a-hole than
prejudiced.
Also as I have stated before imo there is a difference between racism and prejudice.
