The ACLU sometimes acts correctly in defending civil liberties. Often it acts dishonestly in pushing liberal/leftist causes, even when they conflict with civil liberties.
As an example of defending civil rights, see the ACLU stance on the SAE matter, above.
As an example of advocating racial and ethnic discrimination, the ACLU is in support of the collection of discriminatory practices known generally as "affirmative action."

I have never turned in anyone for anything posted in public. Why doesn't Idaho turning me in for publishing an unsolicited PM from him because it contained an obscenity. An obscenity that he typed not me. I would have preferred to publish the next such PM but he most likely would have turned me in again and I had already been warned about my language, even though it was spud's language not mine. Why is that OK with you. I've been insulted pretty good on here a few times. That's just how it goes I guess. You won't find one other person I have ever turned in. Spud has a reputation as a RAT and a reputation for swearing at people in unsolicited PMs.

In colleges and universities across the nation, "protected" and "privileged" groups cans say anything they want with no repercussions .
They can start their own groups and discriminate against non-like persons to enter their group.
Black Student Councils
Hispanic Student Councils
La Raza
( the race, Hispanics and Latinos are not a race, they are an ethnic group, Just like being German or Polish is not a race )
Muslim student groups.
Just to name a few.

Why is it OK that he turned me in. Have you admonished him to grow a pair or do you just realize that will never happen. My way of fighting my own battle is to show everyone what he has done but when I copied and pasted his previous post he turned me in for bad language. He can call me what he wants but he has to be willing to own it. I guess to you since he is conservative (more like reactionary) he can do no wrong.
