Imagine carrying the Celestron around hooked up to a DSLR? What a sight. We need to all meet and discuss this problem. That would take weeks of therapy and probably would not help, but make GAS worse.

I believe there is an adapter for just that purpose. Yet another purchase.

I use it at home but have thought about adding wheels.
I use it for Astrophotography and it looks like it will work rather well.

But I do feel much better now that the GAS is passed.

Strictly a "Mines bigger than yours" lens. At 220 pounds, who is going to use such a beasty?

While Photography GAS is hard on the wallet, it is easy on the underwear.

No one helped me with my GAS problem. You are all mean and nasty. Just bought the Nikon 14-24 2.8 to be used on my D610. Will take it to my trips to Sicily, Charleston and Savannah. Hope everyone is happy. We are all NUTS.

I've been looking for a solution to my GAS problem, but everyone I ask just gives me the same answer...... GET A JOB! Hell, the only thing I'm qualified for anymore is "pearl diving" at some Tomain Domain; I feel useless as a guide-mole.

You are going to really enjoy your new 14-24 f/2.8. I bought one recently, after a trip to London and Paris. I'm going to Florence in April and I will make good use of it. It is a fantastic lens.

My only concern is that you cannot put a UV protection piece of glass on it. I also bought a LensCoat Hoodie to put on the front when not in use. I also have the 16-35 so I might use that lens for crowded situations or for just walking around. Always wanted this lens and due to GAS, decided to bite the bullet and dive in.
