You can always open your image in Camera RAW and use the adjustment brush on the necks, But I agree with edwinj above.
iI agree that the necks are fine IMHO. What does bother me is that the necks, and the rest of the bird, get lost in the confusing foreground and distracting horizon line cutting across the top of the picture. I really think that the necks and the entire bird will "show up" just fine if they are isolated from the confusion. Be patient, take many shots, and find better compositions.
