You didn't read the quoted reply of yours apparently, I have have stated that I was the engineer and also have permission stated above to use any photos that CN doesn't use that are shot on CN property for my personal use and sales, like I stated previously I have a corporate drawn legal agreement that is 77 pages long giving me sole rights to use for sale as long as I don't sell them for gains in corporate use, If someone wanted to buy this print I can under the agreement made between CN and myself to sell it as long as the individual only displays it for personal use and I have them sign a sales agreement to that.

I have noticed over the time he loves to argue and I am just setting the fact that I have the rights and he needs to learn the law and doesn't know crap about the rail industry!
