I heard Ford is soon to patent a system that tracks your monthly payments. After three missed payments it shut off tne AC. The next month it kills the engine. After that it drives the car to the creditor's impound lot.

I can tell you what caused Kmart's demise. I ran a camera dept for them for 13 years. Kmart was trying so hard to overtake Sears as the number one retailer, that they failed to see WaiMart gaining from behind. This came about because Kmart grew from the inner city to the suburbs. Walmart started in rural locations and moved into the cities.
Kmart never saw them in the rear view mirror.
