what flash extender use to get the beamer up above the lens hood?
I agree..so slow.. prefer Perfectly Clear.
I have been shooting Nikons for 10 years and the D750 is different regarding exposure. I have made some adjustments to the camera to compensate. I have set the preview button to AE so i can aim the camera at the sky or grass etc and then hold the preview button down and recompose. Sometimes in auto ISO the camera way over exposes in manual mode..or uses an ISO too high for the scene. My D7100 never reacted like this so its been a learning curve. I also notice the auto-focus works better on AF-C 9 point for birds rather then one point which really struggles to find the bird in a tree or even on a perch. The other adjustment I made was to have the back wheel set for Easy ISO on in Aperture priority mode as well as setting the movie button{f9} to change ISO as well. These small changes have helped.
Super shot..very jealous..I have never even seen one!
Just got my new bag for this lens.. I am impressed. Ape Case Acprolc18 fits a d7100 with a grip ..lens and lens cover. I got it for $22.00 but they are now selling on amazon for anywhere from $40 to $60. Really nice bag.
Well personally bracketing is my big mistake...forgetting to take it off
Looks like you got the right equipment for the job.Try to find a nice spot in house and have the parents remove any unwanted clutter. Keep group shots smallish and maybe set up two light sources(additional umbrella) to do the group shots. Ceremony make sure you get the camera set up beforehand with wb,exposure flash settings and test everything out bouncing flash off ceiling..the 135 prime is probably going to be too tight for house...the 50 will be better and the 24 -105 . I did a whole wedding with two lenses 17-70 and a 70-200 2.8. Good luck
Don't go too cheap. I bought the opteka and it's a piece of junk. I would try the Nest
If anything I would crop a bit off the top to remove the triangle piece or not.
I have heard that turning on airplane mode helps when using the WiFi adapter on your nikon
Skimmersack rice great bag sturdy use it in car and I can leave camera on sack while I drive around preserve:-)
I have been using adobe cs5 and my d7100 for over a year not surenwhat all the fuss is but just go to adobe site and download converter 7.4 it should work fine
I have the Tamron 150-600 nice lens for the money
I love my Samsung 10.1 I put my images on Smugmug and show them thru the app rather then load onto tablet
