Rain clouds clearing at Emerald Lake, BC

After traveling to Emerald Lake, the day turned out to be overcast and rainy. I waited 2 hours and was ready to leave when the clouds finally cleared and the rain eventually stopped. It was worth the wait.

Certainly the Rosies are the most colorful birds in this area. I was lucky to catch several of them at Myakka River State Park
