I would love to know if there’s anyone who has experience in photographing their trips or excursions while riding a motorcycle in the States or abroad. Motorcycling is one of my favorite hobbies and I dabble in photography, but I am interested in going beyond action cameras and vlogging. Also, I have considered drone photography and footage, but I lack experience in that aspect of photography. All suggestions, ideas and tips are welcomed!

Are the less expensive (Chinese) camcorders good for blogging, YouTube videos and documentaries?

It definitely looks like self inflicted wounds to me!!! It’s a damn shame.

That's what I like to hear. I hope that it's working out great for you. They would have to rip my T2i out of my cold, dead hands!!! This is one of the most reliable cameras in my arsenal. Frame after frame, print after print, it hasn't let me down. This is my go to for still photography, video not so much. Landscape and micro it does very well. I just wanted to see if I was a dying breed with this Canon model.

I absolutely refuse to put this great camera for still photography, on the shelf in the attic. I have shot quite a few weddings and receptions using this and the results are startling! I guess that what's old is actually new.

No, it's spelled, Cuck which is an abbreviation for Cuckold. Look it up. I wish that I could change the title, but I don't have the ability. This is getting hilarious, I'm almost in stitches right now! πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Sorry about the "Cuck" should have written...Duck

I noticed that. Please change that, because "Cuck" has an entirely different meaning that I dare not post in this type of forum. Let's keep the topics clean. Now that's really funny!!! πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ€πŸ˜†πŸ‘

I thank you so much for the wealth of information. I still have my T2i and it's working great. I primarily use it for still photography. When I purchased it from a seller on Ebay, the camera was hardly ever used, so I do feel like I lucked out. I have progressed in my photography pursuits and now I own the T6i with almost every lens made for both cameras. I thank you for the sound advice and look forward to any suggestions you may have. πŸ“·πŸ‘

I started with that camera. It was fine for still photography. Not good for sports or wildlife. It only shoots 3fps and only if shooting jpg's. In raw, it would fill the buffer in 2 shots. But for stills, portraits, landscapes, cityscapes, macro, etc., it's fine.

Thank you, that's a wealth of information. I only intend to use the camera for stills.

The T2i - T7 are excellent choices for the beginner. Try to find a camera in kit form with lenses etc...
