I’m still trying to figure out my new camera. I try and read things on the web, but trying to make since of things. I have been using the electronic shutter for most pics. I read that the mechanical shutter is faster. Wondering what others are using when taking photos. Also is there an easy way to program buttons for single shot and continuous shots with a click of button. Thanks everyone

Sony A1 electronic shutter

I’m still trying to figure things out on my own, but start reading things and then get confused. Should I be mainly using the electronic shutter bs the mechanical? I read that the mechanical was faster. I mainly do bird photography. Soon, I’ll be doing a lot of birds in flight. Looking recommendations. Thanks
