His name is "Saxonburg Optiomist" & he is a retired working fox hound from the Saxonburg Hunt, Butler Co. PA. He has been enjoying house hound life, along with his 2 kennel mates, for 4 years now. This picture is from May 2022, I just re-discovered it while looking for something else!
