My thoughts on Trump and r****m are "why, in all the years he has done business with all races , has he not been called or accused of being r****t?" I also question when a person questions a news source while in the same breath, they claim to never read, watch, etc., said source. I guess they are just taking the word of all there 100% honest and all knowing peers.

And if you only had a quill and bottle of ink as, in your world, the Founders intended, we would not get to read your hyperbole about a few
mentally unstable souls representing the whole of gun ownership.

All you hear from the Cruz-s**ts and the Rubio-s**ts and the McConnell-s**ts is Constitution, Constitution, Constitution. But when the President wants to do his Constitutional duty and nominate a Supreme Court Justice then the f---tards scream no,no,no, it is tradition. Since when does tradition (what tradition? Reagan did it) trump the Constitution?

Just like Senator Shumer preached in 2007. So, I guess both sides are , as you say, F---tards.

Please clarify. When referring to her big butt, are we referring to Bill?

The Attic was created to offload the more contentious discussions from the chit chat forum.

It is not a "safe space" where people manufacture verbal sunshine all day and you are surrounded by a warm blankie while puppy videos play on a continuous loop.

Trigger words are likely to be used...repeatedly.

Every remark and in some cases lack of a remark will be challenged.

If you are here long enough you will be offended. Too bad!

This place is not for the thin skinned, though some try.

Stay or stay not.

Why do we have such a hard on for Syria?
What did Syria do to the US?

Soba, I think Pres. Obama got put down on the world stage by Assad and we all know how he, Obama, holds a grudge so I see the same situation that was in play with Bush the younger trying to exact revenge for his Father's run in with Saddam in
Iraq.

I can handle your MBA (wherever it's from). Good for you. BUT: What does Business have to do with Constitutional Law? Since we're tooting our own horns, I won the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitution Law Study whilst in Law School. So: Deal with it (Wh**ever that means in your post.) I have studied the Constitution (and the multitudinous case opinions interpreting it) ad nauseum, and I'm pretty sure I understand it. I don't believe you quite understand what the main issue was. It was a desperate attempt by the haves to gut the ACA for the benefit of insurance companies. BTW- They are NOT your friend. I represented insurance companies for 35 years. The more they can screw their insureds, the better their job performance reviews.

The Constitution is a "living" document, which means it is constantly being interpreted and re-interpreted as the country and world evolves and faces new changes and challenges. I haven't seen or read the opinion upholding the Affordable Health Care Act, so I cannot comment on the ruling. But, IMHO, it is spot on.

But, it certainly is in the welfare of the people to be able to afford and obtain health insurance in the wealthiest country in the world. Don't you think?

This SCOTUS changed the meaning of the word "States"(refers to each individual State) to mean the same thing as the word "state"( meaning the centralized gov't)and if you think a decision in the plaintiff's favor would have benefited the insurance conglomerate, you are fooling yourself. This decision helps the insurance companies as can be seen by how their stock went way up after the decision was read. This bill affects insurance not healthcare. The healthcare is the same but now the insurance rolls have increased, by state mandate or you get fined(or taxed, another word this SCOTUS redefined.) This decision just made sure that the premium would continue to be paid by the gov't( read that, the working taxpayers). The majority of these newly insured people will not be able to pay the increased deductibles and co-pays.

Thank you and I'm working on the blown out areas. It may be easier to crop as you suggest as that would take out about 75% of the problem areas.

But then, I am a sucker for dappled light. It always amuses me when I see specific photographic instruction to avoid dappled sharp light when there are images like this out there.
I did not even see the mentioned highlight until it was spoken of .... but alas, after it being pointed out I cannot not see it.
Yes, I think it has to go somehow.
I did find the image a bit compositionally unbalanced due to theline being larger than the area to the right top of it.
And the white trunk reflection on the right side troubled me.
But all three of those can be remedied with a simple crop if you like.
Crop the left to just inside the blowout spot, crop the white trunk reflection, and crop most of the blue sky patch from the bottom to even up the size of those areas I mentioned.
The image is still essentially exactly the same representation, but is a "cleaner" more balanced image.
