Some get it, some don't.

I also ride a motorcycle, we have a saying that there are two types of motorcyclists; those that have dropped their bike and those that will. I believe this rule also applies to photograph. The more one uses the equipment means the more the equipment is exposed to Murphy. Familiarity does breed contempt. Be safe.

I have sold and bought used equipment to MPB and have always been pleased. Got a fair price for my camera equipment, and in return the items I bought from them were either as described or better.

I have found UHH a great addition to my photographic tool box. I am glad I joined.

Again to all who have responded, I appreciate the replies and the assistance. Thanks much, it has been a great help. Overall, it sounds like I should enjoy the hobby and not worry about such things.

Hello everyone;

I have been a photographic hobbyist for sometime and been able to muddle through most things. In the 'film' days it did not appear one needed to worry about shutter counts, or at least it was not a major concern. Now in age of digital I keep seeing this topic pop-up in various blogs and/or photo articles. So here is my question(s); How does one find the shutter count for a Nikon D50 and a Nikon D5600?
