Yes photoshop is one big complex program. Took photoshop at the local JCC to get a introduction. It was the only way, I could lean it.

I was a big Starbucks fan, but the price has gotten to high. Moved on to Community Coffee in my coffee maker, not bad. I went out to shoot on Sunday and need a cup. Stop at a QT and got there large coffee for under $2.00, what a bargain. I found my new coffee house.

It all depends how much money and you didn't say how much they are going to cost you.

The cost of the camera is $450.00 with a Bronica SQA including 2 lenes. The lenes are 80mm PS and 110mm PS that need service. Think I can get the 110 repaired at around $100 - $150.

Film cost is a driver for my thoughts and also darkroom access at the local junior college.

I have a chance to get a Bronica SQA with two PS lens 80 and 110. The 110 needs service and I am finding only a few companies that will service it. This makes me question if I should invest in the system. Finding the people that service the system are retiring or there are not any parts available.

Sounds good, don’t have the camera yet. I will by the end of the month and will send the lens. The seller has already discounted the price so I am good with that.

I am in the process of upgrading my medium format camera. Currently I am shooting a C33 and want to upgrade. The Bronica SQ-A the camera I am looking at. It comes with 2 lenses with one working and the other not working. My understanding is the shutter is built into lenes. The lens that is not working does not return the red blinking light, indicating the shutter has fired.

My question does anyone have experience with this camera and what do you think of it? I am looking at the camera for $450.00 is this a fair price? My other question is there anyone that can fix the broken lens? Is there any idea how much it will cost to repair the lens?

Tech support is a hard job. The best thing to do is ask for a remote session. That way the tech can drive and go through the questions they are going to ask you.

Another comment, most companies are going to email support only. Watch out!

For me film is a trip back to the 70’s and working in the darkroom. I am having a great time, but the cost is crazy. Film at $6.00 for a 36 exposure, and 8x 10 paper at close to dollar each adds up. Just taking a class, after it is over back to digital.

Going back to film has been a adventure to me. Taking a class at the local junior college, is bringing me back to my first passion. Lots have changed in chemistry and film. It is very expensive so have to spend the money. So far the results have been good and relearning old skills. It has been great!
