I have a Samyang 8mm f/3.5 Fisheye CSII for Nikon that I would sell if you can't find the Nikon. This is designed for DX but will work on a full frame by taking the lens hood off.

A great lens, but 7x the price and 2x the weight of my 500mm PF lens. By the way, I'm on board with your desire for a 300mm Z lens. My 300mm PF is one of my favorite lens.

I would also highly recommend The Holden Arboretum in Kirtland, just east of Cleveland. Lots of flowers, trees, ponds, birds, and other wildlife.

If "by the lake" you mean Lake Erie, the entire coast line from Cleveland to the PA border offers very nice shore line scenes. And sunset into Lake Erie can be spectacular.

I am selling my well cared for Nikon Z fc with the Nikon DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 and the Nikon DX 50-250mm f/4.5-6.3. The lenses have clear filters from B+W protecting the front lens element along with lens hoods. Also included is a Nikon EN-EL25 battery with the Nikon MH-32 battery charger, and a SmallRig L-Shape Grip. Camera and both lenses are cosmetically clean and function properly.
