Thanks so much wide2tele for trying to figure this out with me. You have no choice but to uninstall View NX, Studio does that automatically. Any suggestions for a third party installer?
ViewNX is removed from the system when NX Studio is installing, or supposedly installing. I created a new desktop folder and put the NX Studio exe in there and ran it again. No luck. Has to be something with the installer.
That didn't work either. Do you feel my frustration?
Me too wide2tele. I have installed it multiple times with the the same result.

Hello wide2tele. Thanks, I know it should be there, but believe me it is not. I have been down this road multiple times. There is no problem launching the program from the exe. The problem is the installer says it installed, but it didn't. I have searched high and low for the program and cannot find it on my computer.
Hello gentlemen. I have been to both the links you showed me craggycrossers and followed all the prompts. I have a desktop shortcut icon for the install, and when clicked on everything runs fine, and the install completes, except the NX Studio is not to be found. Checked Progammes and Features, checked in settings/apps, it is not there. Its driving me nuts. Thanks for reaching out guys, but the mystery remains.
Thanks LEE337. I have been to that page multiple times with no luck. It's a real mystery to me. All my other software downloads install just fine. The Nikon installer says it is installed, but I'll be damned if I can find it anywhere. I'm sure Windows 10 has it stashed in some off the wall location, but a search comes up empty.
Thanks Chout. Tried that. Nothing. Everything else install fine, except Nikon NX Studio
