I took these pictures of a fox that was in a field behind my house a couple of weeks back, at first it was just lying in the leaves, and I didn't notice it until it sat up. There is a pair of them that live in the woods next to the field, I see them almost every day. I took this shot with my D-750, 150-600 MM Sigma. I was about 75 yards away from this guy hand holding when I took the shots.

Great capture, great light.
Thanks, it was about an hour and a half after sunrise, so the light still had ki d of a golden glow to it.

Nice set. They get really goofy when the does are in heat.
They get very careless at this time, you don't see them very much at any other time of the year. Thank you,

He was either looking or smelling something interesting
Excellent shots
In your neck of the woods would this be a four point or an eight point buck? Here it would be a four point
He would be a 8 pointer. Thank you,
I took these shots this morning, I was in the process of swapping lens on my camera when I saw some movement out of my kitchen window. When I went and looked, I saw this nice buck just walking along the stone wall in my backyard, so I grabbed my camera and went out the front door and as he game around towards the front of my house which faces downhill into a corn field, he just kept walking. The does must have started going into heat and from the looks of him, he was on the chase. I have seen some pretty big bucks since I moved here, he was a decent size, but I have seen bigger ones here. I hope you like them.
