a little crop of the top, take out the poles, a little more light on the b&g & lower your angle a bit to lose the green over their heads. very nice shot, just needs a little fine tuning.

try not to underexpose too much, it causes noise. use ps or similar to adjust your picture

There is another whole order of magnitude difference with each step up.
