Autoreflex TC With a 50mm and 135mm lens a long time back. Still have it just needs two of 13 or of 625 batteries. I now have a Nikon 5100.
I have the same problem. Hope there's a way to eliminate all the duplicuts?
anyone know where I can get a sx50? I can,t find one. I had a SX40 and give it to my oldest daughter. Would love to replace it with the SX50 as it rates much better than the SX60. I have a Nikon d5100 but would love to have the SX50 as a light weight back up.

i bought my daughter a nikon d3100 kit with 18 55 and 55 300 lens, to replace her old kodak digital. about a year or so ago, as uhh members advised and she loves it. and it takes great pictures, and easy to use.
as was already stated may thru oct. very hot very very humid and lots of skeeters. make sure you are prepared for this.walk throught the swamp in the fackahatchee preserve and corkscrew preserve in collier co.see the very rare ghost orchid.

I remmber such an experiance about 35 or 40 yrs. ago while camping with my three oldest children. We had a popup camper were at torreya state pk. near bristol, fl. in fl. panhandle. We had just pulled into the camping area, and were sitting on a picnic table. Looking over the camp sites, as there was only one other camper there. And you picked your own site, and the ranger came around later to ck. you in. And all of a sudden here comes flying over our heads, at tree top level three jets from eglin air force base. As you said so low we could see the pilots.Was so peaceful and quite just before, and then scared us all to death. Have never forgot that
as many have stated gods most beautiful spot on earth. i have been from beginng to end, both ways. i think the best time though is late spring or early summer. when it get down on the long hot swfl summers i put an old vhs tape i have had a long time of all four seasons in the smokies. perks me up, but then get home sick to be there. take lots of photo equipment, batt. cards etc. you will need many more trips there to even scratch the surface.
