These were taken last month. They show some of the extreme environmental differences of Colorado, from the eastern plains to colors of Redrocks Park to the mountain homes.

Heading for the water hole.

This week we had a very rare and exciting visitor at our hummingbird feeder. I saw a flash of white pass by the window and looked out to see what it was. There was a totally white hummingbird sitting at the feeder. It only gave me one chance for pictures and those were through a window, so are not as good as I wanted. Thought you all would like to see it anyway.

1860s model cavalry officerÂ’s laght saber,
I am thanking a bought selling it or trading it for a Nikon D2hs or something a long that line.

Great find and excellent pictures Allen. That should buy several new cameras. Ground here is so dry and hard you need an air hammer to dig! My detectors are in the closet.

These all are from an old cemetery on Galveston Island

Great pictures Haley. Especially the statue with the soft light look. The military stone was very touching.

Nice pictures and I have to say I love the old farm equipment. It sure brings back memories of the old Watcher Ranch in North Dakota when I was a child.

Thanks for the comments Sac-Jack. My great uncles homesteaded in North Dakota, but had to give it up. Tough life back then.
