It was pretty hard getting photos of him. Little sucker was running all over the place and made it hard to get a good focus. The hand adds a perspective to actual size.....that and making sure I could silhouette him to actually focus otherwise he would "disappear".

Great captures! It's a good thing you keep your hand in. LOL.

I was out front with my camera and was goofing around waiting for something to show for me photograph. Took some pictures of my cat and this tiny praying mantis shows up on my arm. He was running around like crazy but I managed to get this shot on my knuckles. Here is also a cursory photo of my cat, Shiloh.

you are attracted to perspectives with a strong vanishing point and repetitive elements (such as a long arcade with multiple stone columns or arches). I know this because I have the same
disease! If you haven't yet, you must go to the Vatican where the columns go on forever !

cheers

Oh my god I never noticed that!!! Way too cool! As far as duplicating probably not anymore. I retired that camera in 2009 I believe. However I have not noticed any other orbs in my photos from that time period.

I like it because you have captured an orb. Can you duplicate that circle of light in other photos (such as a dust speck on lens or sensor)? If not that is a classic orb of energy.

I am totally brainfarting this. It was a cross country trip from Texas over to Arizona then North through Utah, Idaho, Washington and Montana. I am not certain any more where this is. I do have some cognitive issues......(close to Monument Valley.)

In 1947, as an American soldier, I was stationed at a former German Wehrmacht Panzer Kaserne just outside of Fuessen, Germany. Neuschwanstein castle was just a few kilometers distant, but was not accessible. Later, sometime in the mid- '50s, my German War Bride and I, with our nephew spent part of our vacation touring Bavaria and the castle. At the foot of the pathway to the castle stood a German fellow dressed as a Jaeger (= hunter, forester) and, for a small fee, we took pictures with him.
