3G technology is considered obsolete, and is being phased out. The carriers want to use the bandwidth for newer equipment. Unfortunately, this means older phones will stop receiving cellular signals.

Take a look at The Inn of the Mountain Gods, a casino/resort on the Apache reservation just outside of Ruidoso. Beautiful location and setting; rather scenic.

What brand and model of computer(s)? This helps determine how to get chipset and BIOS updates. HP and Dell have easy-to-access updates; I imagine most major manufacturers do as well.

I don't have much faith in this, but take a look at www.microsoft.com You can narrow it down to Windows 10 issues, and see if anyone has suggested solutions for similar problems.

Let's not forget that the movie referred to is "Bullitt" with an "i" and it is a good chase. The movie that defined chase scenes was "The French Connection".

My wife and I took an Alaskan cruise in July, 2014, and we would love to do it again.

Our first stop was in Juneau, to visit the Mendenhall Glacier Park. Juneau is actually in a rain forest environment, and it RAINS. It rained all day, and because several cruise ships hit Juneau at the same time, the park was...busy. The transport buses could not pick up passengers quickly, so many were stuck waiting unprotected in the rain for twenty or thirty minutes.

Still, the park was beautiful, and I recommend it.

I tell you all this to suggest you carry proper rain protection for yourselves, but also your camera gear. I purchased an inexpensive "Rainsleeve" product at my local retailer, and it was a lifesaver. These are still available online, and perhaps locally. I see they offer versions that can cover a shoe-mounted flash. They offer several levels of sophistication, and of course cost.

My inexpensive sleeve protected my camera and zoom lens at the park, in the rain, and later on a whale watch cruise, which also had some rain.

Enjoy your trip; protect your gear.
